The cut-off varies for different categories, including General (UR), OBC, EWS, SC, ST, and PwD, and is influenced by factors such as the number of candidates who appeared, the exam’s difficulty level, the overall performance of students, and the availability of seats.

The qualifying cut-off for NEET UG 2026 is based on the percentile prescribed by the National Medical Commission (NMC). Along with the percentile, NTA has also released the corresponding qualifying marks.
