In the Tamil Nadu Class 12 State Board examination results released by School Education Secretary B. Chandra Mohan in Chennai on Friday (May 8, 2026), the overall pass percentage rose marginally to 95.2% this year.
Erode district recorded the highest pass percentage of 98.8, while Sivaganga stood second with 98.05%.
