The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has issued the Group D Exam City Intimation Slip 2026 online for candidates scheduled to appear in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) on August 3 and 4, 2026. Candidates can now check their allotted exam city, examination date and shift timing by logging in through the official RRB regional websites using their login credentials, i.e. their registration number and date of birth/password.
The RRB Group D 2026 CBT will be conducted from August 3 to August 21, 2026, in offline mode for recruitment under CEN 09/2025. The city intimation slip has been issued on the official website only for candidates appearing on August 3 and 4. For candidates who have their exams scheduled after August 5, the city intimation slips will be released phase-wise, around 10 days before their respective examination dates.
How to download the RRB Group D Exam City Intimation Slip 2026
Step 1: Go to the official regional RRB website.
Step 2: Click on the RRB Group D Exam City Intimation Slip 2026 link.
Step 3: Log in using the Registration Number and Date of Birth/Password.
Step 4: Check the allotted exam city, date and shift details.
Step 5: Download and save the slip for future reference.
The city intimation slip is issued to help candidates make travel and accommodation arrangements. It is not the admit card and cannot be used for entry to the examination centre. The admit card will be released separately.

The admit card (e-call letter) will be made available four days before the scheduled exam date.
