The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE), Kerala, is expected to announce the Kerala Plus Two SAY (Save A Year) / Improvement Result 2026 shortly. Students who appeared for the supplementary examinations will be able to download their provisional scorecards from the official result portals once the result link is activated.
The SAY/Improvement examinations were conducted for students seeking to clear failed subjects or improve their scores to continue their academic progression. While the practical examinations were held on June 11 and 12, 2026, the theory exams took place from June 29 to July 3, 2026.
Kerala Plus Two SAY Result 2026: Steps to Download
Once the result is declared, students can follow these steps to download their provisional marks memo:
- Visit the official Kerala HSE result portal.
- Click on the HSE SAY / Improvement Examination Result 2026 link.
- Enter the Registration Number and Date of Birth.
- Submit the details.
- View and download the provisional scorecard.
The result will also be available on the KITE Kerala Results and Kerala Results (NIC) portals. Students facing heavy website traffic can access their results through the official PRD LIVE and Saphalam mobile applications. Revised digital scorecards will also be available via DigiLocker.
The original mark sheets will be issued later by the respective schools.
The Kerala Plus Two Board Examination 2026 was conducted from March 6 to March 28, with results declared on May 26, 2026.
Students could register for the SAY/Improvement examination between June 1 and June 3, while hall tickets were issued on June 26, 2026.
A total of 4,52,437 students appeared for the March 2026 Higher Secondary Examination across Kerala.
Key highlights include:
- Overall pass percentage: 77.97%
- Previous year’s pass percentage: 77.81%
- Students securing A+ in all subjects: 30,561
Among districts, Idukki recorded the highest overall pass percentage, while Kasaragod registered the lowest and witnessed comparatively higher participation in the supplementary examinations.
Students must secure at least 30% marks in each theory paper to pass the subject through the SAY examination.
However, candidates scoring below a D+ grade (30–39 marks) may not fulfil the eligibility criteria prescribed by many higher education institutions for admission.
