1. Junior Technical Officer (Sugar Technology) – 1 Post
Degree in Science or Engineering with Associateship in Sugar Technology OR PG Diploma in Sugar Technology. Experience: 3 years teaching/research/advisory in Sugar Technology OR 3 years practical experience in sugar factory in managerial capacity. Desirable: M.Sc Chemistry or M.Tech Sugar Technology. Age 38 for OBC, PwBD ko 10 years extra relaxation. HQ Kanpur but liable to be posted anywhere in India. Permanent Group A, Probation 1 Year. Duties: Teaching, Research and Advisory.
2. Assistant Legislative Counsel – 8 Posts
Law Degree + 7 years State Judicial Service / State legal dept superior post / Central Govt legal affairs exp OR LLM + 5 years teaching/research OR Qualified legal practitioner with 30+ age. Desirable: Legislative drafting experience ko preference. Pay Level-11. HQ New Delhi. Probation 2 Years. Duties: Legislative Drafting, Scrutiny of Statutory Rules.
3. Law Officer – 3 Posts
Law Degree + 2 years legal work as Legal Practitioner OR 2 years in Govt Office. Pay Level-07. HQ Delhi. Group B Gazetted, Probation 2 Years + 2 weeks mandatory induction training. Duties: Assist Govt Advocate in High Court/Supreme Court writ petitions, land acquisition cases. GNCTD OBC rule: GNCTD dwara issue OBC certificate hi valid hai, outside Delhi certificate tabhi valid jab base GNCTD certificate ho.
4. Specialist Grade II Cardiology – 1 Post
Recognized medical qualification + DM Cardiology + PG ke baad 3 years experience. Pay Level-11 plus NPA, private practice prohibited. HQ NDMC. Permanent Group A, Probation 1 Year.

Documents Required
Notification ke mutabik: Matriculation certificate for DOB, Degree/Diploma certificate, equivalent qualification order if claimed, experience certificate in prescribed proforma from Head of Organisation mentioning duration, pay and nature of duties, caste certificate, OBC declaration, PwBD certificate, age relaxation documents, Photo ID details. Experience claim ke liye notification mein prescribed experience certificate aur applicable supporting documents ki requirements di gayi hain. Candidate ko apne post ke according required format aur documents carefully check karne chahiye.
Selection Process
UPSC notification kehta hai ki prescribed essential qualifications minimum hain aur unka hona interview ki guarantee nahi hai. Applications zyada hone par Commission shortlisting criteria adopt karega: Desirable Qualification, higher education, higher experience, experience counting before/after EQ, ya Recruitment Test hold karke. Interview me minimum suitability: UR-50, OBC-45, SC/ST/PwBD-40 out of 100. Agar RT + Interview hai to dono stages me apni category ka minimum lana mandatory hai.
