The exam will be conducted from July 2 to July 4, 2026, in offline (OMR-based) mode across Uttar Pradesh.
It is important to verify all the details carefully printed on the admit card and also carry a printed copy along with a valid photo identity proof to the examination centre.

Here are the steps provided below to download the UPTET Admit Card 2026:
- Visit the official UPESSC website at upessc.up.gov.in.
- Click on the UPTET Admit Card 2026 link available on the homepage.
- Enter the required login credentials.
- Submit the details.
- The admit card will appear on the screen.
- Download it and take a clear printout for future reference.
Paper 1 for Classes 1 to 5 will take place on July 3 in the afternoon shift and on July 4 in the morning shift. The reporting time is one hour before the start of each shift. Paper 2 for Classes 6 to 8 will be taking place on July 2 in two shifts from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM. The same paper will also be held in the morning shift on July 3.
