Candidates who appeared for the recruitment examination can now access the provisional answer key through the official website, upsssc.gov.in, to evaluate their performance and estimate their probable scores before the announcement of the final results. The ongoing recruitment drive aims to fill 1,565 vacancies for the posts of Assistant Statistical Officer and Assistant Research Officer across various departments of the Uttar Pradesh government.
The UPSSSC ASO and ARO Mains Examination 2026 was conducted on July 26, 2026. Candidates can now compare their recorded responses with the provisional answer key to assess their expected performance in the examination.
Alongside the release of the provisional answer key, the Commission has also opened the online objection facility for candidates who identify any discrepancies in the published answers. Candidates wishing to challenge any answer in the provisional key can submit their objections through the official online portal until August 2, 2026. The Commission has clarified that only objections submitted within the stipulated deadline will be considered during the review process, and challenges received after the closing date are unlikely to be accepted.
Candidates are advised to download the document and retain a copy for future reference while calculating their tentative scores or preparing objections.
Once the review process is completed and the final answer key is issued, the recruitment process for the 1,565 ASO and ARO vacancies will move forward to the next stage in accordance with the selection procedure.
